I had purchased the MBT anti-shoe prior to to trying the Skeecher brand. I find the Skeecher Shape up more comfortable and easier to adjust to. I am a registered nurse and I am on my feet all day. I put the Skeecher's on and have wore them every day, all day with no adjustment period and reduced foot pain. I highly recommend this shoe.
