This was an expensive experiment, it took several(3-4) wearings to acclimate to the feel and comfortable sizing is about 1/2 to a full size "smaller" than a normal shoe/sneaker. That said, I have found this to be beneficial to my posture and general sense of leg & ankle muscle strengthening. Depending on it's longevity, I'll get a better sense on the value.
