Important to know about the Impka: the foot-bed is thinner than the Helen, which I normally wear. The Heel of the foot-bed is slightly lower, yet I have worn these once and find the arch to be good support and it walks comfortably. I do not like the squared off look of the foot-bed in the back, I do not think it is necessary. I always wear a 37, I had slightly more room than the other 37's I usually get in Mephisto in the back, but would not change my size - because it is minimal. I liked the extra width - it fit my foot better, actually. All in all - Impka is absolutely to me as a long time Mephisto wearer nice, loved the color which is very hard to find (purple nubuck), I would recommend it. I am a dead-ringer for 6.5 - and the shoe can fit a 6.5 - 7. It is cut wider than the Helen, so if you have a very narrow foot keep that in mind. I hope this was helpful. I am still breaking them in!
