These shoes are absolutely amazing! I don't have any feet problems and wearing these shoes are going to ensure that I don't in the future. I feel like I float on air when I go for my evening walks. Doesn't get any better than this! I bought shoes one size bigger and I am glad. They fit perfectly.

These are not the most fashionable shoes, but compared to sneakers, they are pretty much the same. However, I can feel the muscles in my legs and I feel like my posture is better. That's why I bought them and they are serving their purpose very well.

I needed a couple of weeks to get used to the MBT'S, but found I no longer had heel pain. The sneakers do run a little small so order a size larger than normal.

With an arthritic knee, I was worried about my dance tour of England this summer, so I got my first pair of BMTs. I walked miles and miles each day, touring great estates and gardens, and my knees and back didn't hurt ever! I'm sold on my MbTs! Can't wait for school to start -- I'll be able to run after the kids better than ever.

They really take the pressure off your knees - very comfy. They feel a touch narrow but it's not a big deal since they lace up. They are still super comfy and actually not as unattractive as I expected. Good shoes.

I have Fibromyalgia and it is very hard to find 'shoes/sneakers' that fit well and are comfortable. When I found these 'sneakers' I was not sure because of the price. But after trying them on they seemed worth buying, then I bought them and once I got used to them, (@ month), I can definitely say that they are worth it. I am able to walk without being in pain. I also started to use a treadmill and I am not giving up within five minutes with these , I am actually up to 40 minutes without pain. These are great!!!!! I recomend them to everyone!!!

I am a 55 year old female and at my last yearly Doctor visit I seemed to be developing some low grade health issues, mild cholesterol elevation, possible raise in blood pressure, and obesity. I had gotten very sedentary in general due to the work I do, and needed to do something to change. I love to walk, but every time I started a walking program in the past 5 years, I would always end up quitting after a short while because the feet and ankles would get sore and I would have pain in the left hip and knee. My feet were hurting so badly and I had developed some little fatty growths below the ankles. I was in to see the Dr. and had asked her for a podiatry referral. She gave me the referral but also, recommended that I try these MBT shoes before going or opting for surgery. Her nurse wore them and swore by them.[$] I am not a wealthy woman and usually only spend about $39.95 for my other sport shoes on sale. But then, I thought to myself, "wouldn't it be great if I could avoid surgery?" I had already had 2 foot surgeries in the past and had promised myself I was never going to have one again. So I researched the shoes online. Then, as the Dr. suggested, tried some MBT sport shoes on at the mall to make sure the sizing would be right. They felt odd, weird and bubbly at first, but they also felt very cushiony and comfy. The research I did suggested a half size up from my regular 9.5, and so a 10 seemed to fit well. After much research I felt they were worth a try and so I ordered the MBT women's Walk, in sky-blue online. They looked pretty and well-made. I began walking in them right away. I could only go a little way at first as they truly are a workout. I also noticed immediately as did my husband, that my spine just straightened up, and I was walking upright instead of leaning forward. I started wearing them every day for neighborhood walks, going further each day. I noticed that after a month I had not given up walking as I usually do when the pain of walking kicks in, because there was no pain anywhere. When walking in these shoes, I feel zero impact. One day, I happened to be sitting with one leg crossed over the other and noticed that my previously hanging skin-calves had solid muscle tone in them. WOW! I really didn't expect that. The muscle tone in my legs looked as though I have been using a stairmaster. The beauty is there is no effort, I just like to walk, and that's what I am doing. With the new walking program and mild diet changes, I am also down by 20 lbs. I could not believe these miracle shoes. They are so great! I love mine. They are all I want to wear. Today, I just returned home, from having spent 6 days in New York, and while there, walked most of the day every day all over one end of New York to the next. The shoes were a lifesaver. My sister who has a chronic back tried mine on and told me that she could not believe, the pressure in her back was gone. She is now determined to get her some too. They are a good choice for…

I use my MBT's for running. I've battled with chronic tendonitis and find that while I can no longer run in "normal" running shoes, the MBT's absorb the impact from running and I can run injury and pain free.
