these shoes are great for improving posture. the point where they hit the ground when you walk just sends a signal thru your spine straight upwards. love the bounce also. they did rub a huge blister on my heel, so i wonder if i should have just gotten my regular size instead of 1/2 larger. don't be fooled by the imitation brands that are trying to copy MBT! spend your money on the real deal here

I love the style of these shoes...especially the denim...but I was used to the Lami style which are wider. I have a B width foot and it will take a while to break these in...but I love them. These would be great for someone with a narrow foot

I order the shoes a half size bigger at first, the edge of the shoes was hard and my ankle was bleeding. I exchanged it with a full size bigger pair. It came out really nice, stylish and fit. I'm on my feet all day at work and a fellow worker recommended the MBT shoes for the cushion and support. I bought the shoes a 1/2 size bigger as suggested but they are still a little to tight. I like the shoes alot and will order again but will order 1 full size bigger.
