These are great. I walk to the metro and to work every day on busy sidewalks and stairways and they keep me steady, comfortable, and in shape. I wanted these to fit my feet as my back felt really awesome while wearing these. Unfortunately due to the shape of my foot this shoe did not work out. I wish I could adjust the strap at the base of my toes. Due to a bunion and arthritis on my right foot the strap cut in below my large toe and squished my pinky toe. I like that I was taller in them without them feeling like high heels and they really took the the pressure of my lower back. I felt my posture improve immediately.

I now own four pair of MBT shoes... the walker, 2 sandals, and a clog. My purchases should speak louder than any of my words could. Grocery shopping is no longer a pain (literally) and they are great on the treadmill. I tend to wear them exclusively now. The shoes do everything they say they will do with regard to posture and the benefits to the body.

I read an article about MBT Shoes which lead to much research. Wanting to get into better shape pushed me into ordering them. At 62 years old, my legs and feet ache after being on them too long. But this has been the case since being in high school. When I started to wear these shoes, the very first day it made a difference with NO ache in my legs and feet. Unbelievable! I am ecstatic with my 2nd pair of MBT's. [...] Even better, it came with the extras of the DVD about MBT's!! My new sandals are a perfect fit. They did take some "breaking in" and I got a blister on one foot, probably because I wore them too much too soon. I had to get this second pair because now I only want to wear MBT's, and I couldn't wear my mary janes with short pants. These sandals are quite versatile, and I am totally happy with them. Thank you for your excellent service, footwear etc. I don't think I'll order anywhere else.....

MBT's are the only shoe I can wear for hours and not feel any pain in my legs and back. I own one other pair of MBT's(barabara) which I love, but I think these are much more comfortable. Since they are open, they easily accomodate a slightly wider foot like mine. I normally wear a 7, but so far have taken a 7.5 in both MBT's.
