I have been wearing the MBT sandals for years. I think they are the best shoe. This is my second pair of MBT sandals (8th pair of MBT's) and I very rarely wear any other type of shoe. These sandals are very comfortable and I was able to wear them right away to do a lot of walking on a trip to NYC. The key is getting the right size- also have a pair of the Kisumu which are very comfortable but a size too small so they rub the bottom of my toes if I walk a long way in them. The Ema's are perfect! I have narrow feet with a high arch and have never had any discomfort with MBT's. I wear them for just about everything - step aerobics, everyday, vacations with lots of walking and stair climbing. I was in good shape before I started wearing them but have seen my stomach flatten and my posture improve temendously. The only con is a minor one- due to construction you can't bend the toe a lot so you can't do activities that require you to bend your toe, e.g. lunges and some squats, but other than that, they're great for aerobics.

I ordered these sandals (my 3rd pair of MBTs) to wear in the ACS Relay for Life. I wore one of my lace up pairs last year and my feet got hot, so I'm trying sandals this year. I picked this pair because they are dressy enough to wear to work. I wear them every chance I get and love the typical bouncy MBT feel. My posture has improved and my back ache has disappeared. The only problem with these shoes is that they are habit forming.

MBTs are more than I had ever dreamed. I have always had very difficult feet to fit, so I had my doubts. I now wear them everyday and won't wear anything else. No more foot pain or lower back pain. Even my calves feel firmer. I live in Seattle so its time to order another pair or two. They are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the look of these. They are comfortable to wear for part of the day. I own several pair of MBTs and these are the only pair where the front strap rubs against my toe and becomes uncomfortable after a lot of walking.

Very comfortable, excellent fit as long as I order a half size larger. My only disappointment is the cheaper strap on the back of the foot, which is one of the more important areas to be comfortable. They should have used a more padded strap for comfort. Everything else was great.

I have always had troublesome feet. From braces to orthotics to surgery and my feet still hurt whenever I was on them. MBT shoes have finally come up with shoes that make my feet feel so much better. And I like the fact that I can also wear MBT dress shoes to go with dressess and dressy clothes

I initially thought I would wear these shoes for lengthy walks. These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have a back and knee injury and have walked unevenly for the last year. I now walk upright, evenly and feel almost as if I am walking on air when I wear these shoes. The adjustable strap allows for exact fitting. I have worn them out, casually, around the house. I can't find a negative thing to say about the shoe. The open toe lets my feet breathe unlike other similar designs that are fully enclosed. This is one of the best investments I have made. I highly recommend them to anyone with back, knee and/or foot issues. This shoe has truly changed my life. I can now participate in things outdoors and for extended hours where I couldn't before due to pain.

I was glad to see MBT added a less bulky and stylish sandal for summer. I can wear it to work or play. I walk the dog in it and walk to work.

I love this! This is my third pair. I wanted a shoe for everyday wear that is MBT, and this is it. After I got my very first pair of MBT, I had to get two more and another for my husband, because the comfort and the "healing effect" it gave me and my husband for our back and leg pains. I was hesitant at first because of the high price, and especially that this is the fourth that I was going to buy, but I ordered it anyway, and I am glad I did, because it gave me the same feeling that my other two did...it's worth it!
