This is my second pair of MBTs. After some serious ankle surgery this year and what will a very long recovery with lots of physiotherapy, these shoes are magic. My physio has been impressed with the results and is even going to get a pair for himself! Obviously not this pair! The pain in my ankle is significantly reduced and I am generally more comfortable. Just a word to the wise, they do take some getting used to - I wore them for 4 days straight and was in a lot of pain - muscle pain... they were doing their job! A day's rest and I haven't taken them off since (that was 3 weeks ago). If you are thinking about getting a pair - stop thinking and do it, you won't regret it!

I am a nurse and on my feet 10- 12 hours 5 days a week. My legs started hurting so bad I started wearing support stockings. Hated them. A therapist at my job recommended MBT shoe. I cant begin to express how great they are. I stoped wearing support stockings and have no more pain in my legs. They feel almost like they walk themselves. Actually someone made that comment to me. Only down fall at this time is when I dont wear them fo a day or two my legs hurt again. So I went ahead and bought a second pair for when I am not at work.

I have bad feet, broken, fused ankel so I'm always looking for comfort and style in a flat shoe. I have the orginial MBT sneaker, but feel I can't wear them out with dress pants. These Changa's are GREAT. They are good for walking every day as I do and then all around to stores to parties and I still get a work out for my legs. Will be buying another pair asap. Buy a 1/2 size larger for real comfort.

So cute & comfy too! Finally, MBT designers have heard our suggestions of making their outstandingly comfortable shoes more stylish. I had a pair of white MBTs for work (ER nurse) that yes, very comfortable, but I was actually kinda embarassed about because they looked so "orthotic", well these change all that, maryjane style w/ less "clunky" profile than other MBTs. Leather wipes clean easily too, big plus for busy ER floor. Very worth the investment!!!
