I bought these to go with light colored (safari-type) clothes. All my other MBTs are black. I am planning on taking them on a warm-weather trip. My only difficulty with them is that they cause some heel irritation (not real blisters, but uncomfortable). I'm hoping this will stop before the trip.

I was on a quest to find a pair of shoes comfortable enough for me to go shopping without having to worry about my feet, hips and back hurting. While wearing these shoes I was able to shop for hours. I love their unique sole, which allows me to walk the way I did when I was a child and not worry about ruining the top of my shoes. They provide lots of cushioning and shock absorbing making walking or standing on different surfaces feel as though I was on a cloud. Because of the roomy toe area I can move my toes around and not have to worry about them feeling cramped. The heel areas are also very roomy, a draw back for heels; thicker socks helped. I tried lacing them up differently but they don't have enough eyelets.

It takes some getting used to. I'm not totally there yet. It really has minimized my heel pain. I can feel the muscles in my calves and legs tightening and my balance getter better.

These are worth the money. They work muscles you forget. My feet hurt often and I get knee and hip pain when I walk, but not with these shoes.

These are my 3rd pair of MBT shoes. I will never wear anything else to work. I am a nurse and put in 12 long hours on my feet, so I now comfort and require good support. They will never win a beauty contest, but I no longer have aching feet, knees and hips. Thanks for such a great shoe.

MBT my one and only shoe for work and walking and touring. as a hairdresser I stand in one place alot or I'm twisted over a customer washing hair... no lower back strain . these are my third pair of MBT . won't work without them!

Although very spendy, more than any other shoe I have ever bought, the health of my feet and my posture make up for the price. The DVD was very helpful and informative describing the shoes benefits.

This shoe makes me feel like I am walking on air. I feel taller and I get compliments when I wear this pair. I love the Birch color, it is stylish. I have arthritis in my feet so comfort is what I look for in a shoe.

I was hesitant to try this shoe because of its price, but it's worth every cent. Great for walking or working around the house to maintain your posture. It didn't take nearly as long as I thought to get used to wearing (about twice). Hope this helped.

I am a retired professional dancer with sever foot and knee problems. I have to wear orthodics in all of my shoes and was uncertain if the Chapas would accommodate them. I say with extreme enthusiasm this ARE the PERFECT shoes for me. They are extremely comfortable. I did get them 1/2 size larger than I normally wear because my normal size was a touch short. I had no "break in" time to get accustomed to the unique curved bottom. My feet and knees DO NOT HURT! I am amazed as I have lived with foot pain for years. The shoes are expensive and WELL WORTH every penny for my confort. I wear them everywhere, hiking daily wear and I walk a couple miles a day in the Chapas. I am totally hooked on MBTs!!!!

Your site warned to order 1/2 size larger and I was leary but I did and you were right. I have a different style MBT shoe that I love but this is my favorite, not because it is new but it is even more comfortable.
