I have had a pain in my heel for about 6 months. With my MBT's - I feel no pain in the heel at all. The balance and cushioning take all the pressure off of the heel, and I can now walk comfortably. I love these shoes!

Never thought I'd be writing a review on tennis shoes but these are amazing. I work in a dental office and am on my feet constantly. After 3 weeks my posture has improved dramatically, my lower back pain is history and already my legs are getting more toned. I wore them for 10 hours the 1st day and didn't have any problems. I do workout daily so that probably had something to do w/ that. I have been working out w/ them and that is where i have really noticed some soreness.. which is good! Highly recommend MBT's. Julie

I tried these on in a store and couldn't get them out of my mind. I saw a brand that said they could compare but i tried them and i was not as impressed as I was with MTB! Keep up the good work!!

I wear my MBTs to work, to the store, anywhere. I know I'm giving my legs a good workout at all times. I purposely park my car far away so I'm always giving myself an exercise experience just running errands. And walking to the store is now something I look forward to doing.

I had a little difficulty getting the right size. These shoes run really small--I had to go a whole size up. (I am very grateful to Footwear, etc. for their extreme patience with me while I figured this out.) The rocking motion takes a little getting used to, but it's an extremely comfortable shoe. Claims about lessened back pain might be true, because my back is feeling much better.
