This is my third pair of Stefany slip-ons. I bought my first in September 07 and I am just hooked. I wear them every day, almost, and find that one pair lasts about 8-10 months (and I am hard on my shoes). Although for a ballet slipper it's relatively well cushioned inside, I put a store-bought comfort insole in to support my feet. I have a somewhat wide foot (almost a C width) and this is a very accommodating shoe on account of the pleating detail. I also wear a size 9-1/2 and 10 and like this because they don't make my feet look like gunboats.
