I bought one pair of MBT sport shoes months ago, It was great and I wear it everywhere, walking, trevaling, hiking.... It helps for my foot pain on the heels and lower back pain. Whenever I wear it, the pain would be gone. but when I went to work, I wear my regular shoes, I still felt the pain on my heels. So I bought this pair for go to work. It is so comfortable and looks great for go to work. and now I do'nt feel pain on my heels anymore. So all day I am wearing my MBT shoes and I am foot pain free! It also with a very good quaulity. I love it!! Now I tell all of my friends and coworkers about how great the shoes is...I will never wear other shoes except MBT shoes! Thanks!

this being my third pair of MBT's, I was aware that I needed to order a half size larger than my normal shoe size. When I put these on for the first time, I knew immediately they were a perfect fit. My first time wearing them outdoors I walked a significant amount of distance, more so than I normally would with a pair of new shoes and by the end of the day my feet felt great. Fantastic shoes.

I'm on my feet all day where I work and have always had a problem with my knees and legs hurting at the end of the day. I bought a pair of MBTs at the suggestion of a co-worker and will not look back now that I own a pair. My knees and legs don't hurt at the end of the day any longer. One benefit I've discovered that hasn't been mentioned anywhere is that it's easier to walk uphill and downhill. Now, if only I could find an affiliate link so I can promote these shoes to the world on my blog. :)

MBT's are truly a physiologic shoe. My older 18 month shoes(well worn)had stopped exercising my foot muscles. The new ones still take a break-in period for my feet. But my feet feel healthier at the end of use.
