[...] I had never tried on a pair. But I was recovering from a broken ankle and needed something to strengthen my leg muscles. My MBTs are doing just that. Plus, these things are the most comfortable shoes I've ever tried. [...] I heard the suckers hollering things like, "hey, you out there -- LET US OUT OF THIS BOX -- we'll help you out with your bad ankle." So I let the suckers out but I didn't put much stock in what they'd said. I mean, whoa, who can believe anybody that clunkly looking. Once out of the box, they said, "well, don't just stand there, put us on you feet, dude." So I did. And I honestly don't know whether I can take them off. They're wonderful. And, true to their word, they're helping me out with my bad ankle. Take the socks!Michael

These MBTs are great, so comfortable - don't need wearing in- I can wear them for hours. Love the fact they are gortex. They don't take much getting used to either in terms of the MBT style- so that's great too! Really like the gortex, would like a few more color options, but these are fine! Yes, MBTs are expensive, but the quality and comfort are great.

These shoes are awesome. They exercise muscles you didn't know you had (just like MBT claims). Your legs and back (and of course, feet) feel great after wearing these all day. They are VERY comfortable. They feel like they "propel" you forward. Overall, these shoes change your whole walking experience. These shoes are also surprisingly stylish. I will definitely be buying another pair of these...

This is my 4th pair of MBTs. Whenever I can, I have MBTs on my feet. I wear a size 9 and need to get a half size larger (9.5) in other styles, and this seems to work with this style too. MBTs all the way.
