For me it is all about comfort and these MBT shoes fill the need! Living where it rains most of the time keeping feet dry are a must! I have an ankle replacement and I can not walk without pain in normal shoes. The MBT shoes are actually designed so I can walk without any pain and walk long distances. I wish I had found these shoes earlier after my operations.

MBTs are the best shoes for walking I have ever owned. I have eccos, mephistos, merrells and many other brands in my closet to compare to and none of them touch MBTs when it comes to comfort for walking period. I have taken them on several long walks with no foot pain at all. Read the reviews at this e-store or any other that sells MBTs and you will see how strongly people feel about their MBTs. You may think that they are a expensive but compare there price to Mephistos or other high end brands and they are not. Trust me by a pair and you will know why. How much are your feet worth to you. This is the first pair a shoes I have seen that make a significant difference in foot pain as we as making your back and legs stronger.

These shoes are very deceptive. They feel heavy in your hands, but on your feet, you can hardly tell you're wearing them......I've had 4 surgeries on my back. I've spent a lot of money on shoes trying to find ones that are comfortable and relieve some of the chronic back pain. These babies fit the bill perfectly for me. I've spent a lot of money trying to locate "MY SHOES" and now I've found them. I'll definitely be back here.

Great shoes if you have painful knees but they do take some getting use to and seem a bit heavy. Don't wear these in slippery conditions (ie snow and ice) since the contact surface seems small and causes you to easily lose your footing.

I wear these shoes for work (I am a surgeon on my feet all day), and my feet and legs feel totally refreshed at the end of the day. This was the best birthday present from my girlfriend ever! I get lots of attention and great comments and compliments at work too.
