I wear this to my work. Great shoes. Needed to break in, but it is all good now. Really easy to get it on and out. I give 4 stars because it is not really lightweight. Overall, I really recommend this shoes for a work which requires a lot of walking or standing.

I bought MBTs because the advertisement said its great for weight management and pressure points and I agree 100%. I wear them everywhere and feel the workout I receive. I wear these for work which are 12 hour shifts and they are comfortable all shift. My legs do feel like they have had a work-out after a busy night of being on my feet all shift but the shoes are comfortable and very cushioned. I do have to admit they are heavy and hot. Very little air circulating. They do run small and I was concerned at first but they did stretch out to be comfortable after wearing a couple of times. I really like them and have been very pleasantly impressed.
