I love these shoes. While I didn't find them the most attractive, I was more interested in the health benefits, I end up getting a lot of compliments on them, and they are much more attractive than I thought. I walk alot, about 5 miles a day, and these shoes really make the difference. The down side....I never want to take them off because they are so comfy. I find myself taking a walk for my break, then not wanting to put my heels back on.

LOVE these shoes. I have wide feet so had to go 1 to 1-1/2 size larger. Had to do a return and footwear, etc is amazing. Even got me this hard-to-get red in my size. I've never worn an 11 (eleven, imagine that!) in my life, but I'll do it happily for these. Status symbol and conversation starter to make new friends. Recommended. I'm giving these a 5-star. Would give them a six-star if they came in wide. :)

I have been wearing these every day for two weeks all day. Can't see that they make me feel like I am working my legs any harder or have made a significant improvement in my back problems. But they are super comfy and I am willing to give it more time to see if they help with my back problems. I do think they help me walk more properly and use better posture.

If you can get over how unattractive these shoes look, they work as advertised. I am a very fit, very active adult, and I love how challenged my body feels when I wear them. I can feel all the small (and big) muscles in my legs and lower back activate when I walk in these shoes. Even standing in them feels like a balancing workout. They're also super comfortable. They do run small, so buy at least a whole size larger than normal.

I bought these shoes to wear when I walk the dog. They cushion my feet from the cement sidewalks and give my legs an extra work out. I usually wear a size 8 and occasionally an 8.5. I needed a size 9 in this shoe.

I use these to walk for exercise, and walk my dogs. At first they were difficult to get used to, I felt like I was walking in moon boots, but I can feel the burn in my butt, thighs, and calves, which is great because I don't ever feel any burn from just normal speed walking.

These shoes really do change the way you walk and stand, which in turn, changes your life! My posture is better, my body feels overall stronger and more relaxed. These shoes provide incredible comfort and support and yet they feel like I'm walking on air!

I have 9 pairs of MBT's and this is one of the top 3 most comfortable. The only time I'm not in my MBT's is for something super fancy like a Wedding or a Black Tie event. I used to NOT be able to walk anywhere because my feet always were cranky and sore. Now I'm free to walk anywhere, pain free. I get tired before my feet get sore. I wish we could have some prettier models too.

I love these shoes ! I researched and read all of the reviews for this particular shoe and everyone was spot on. Order 1/2 size larger than normal it will be a perfect fit. The first time I wore them was to the gym, I was amazed when I returned home took off my shoes and my calves were all a quiver. It does not feel like you are getting a work out while walking around in them but they sure do the trick. The days that I wear these shoes my feet do not hurt, the only downfall to this shoe is I am going to require different styles so that they will go with all my outfits and I can wear them to work.. put those heels in the goodwill bin ! Thank you for a wonderful shoe !

I have heel spurs in both feet. They ache terribly. By the end of the day I can't stand. I put my shoes on at the end of the day when I recieved them and they didn't hurt any more. I would recommend the shoes to anyone who has foot problems. My gate and balance improved. With my new MBT shoes I am walking more. They are really toning. Thanks!!!

i was very hesitant to buy this product, but since im feeling so much pain while walking and doing my gym works, i gave it a try, and WOW i really love this shoes! they are so comfortable and gives proper balancing. i've been wearing this shoes since the day i got them.i used to feel the pain on my right knee and my calf, but from the day i started wearing this to the gym---- all the pain went away,thanks to MBT shoes. you wont feel the difference right away,, but gradually u will notice the effect it gives to your posture. i tried going back to my old pair of sneakers, but it wasnt just the same as what my MBT shoes are giving me, i really love this shoes and i will buy another pair again. thanks to footwear : ) [...] MBT shoes are indeed the most comfortble shoes ever invented
