I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes definitely make a difference with walking. Much less painful walking than regular shoes. Standing on the other hand feels just the same as regular shoes on my arch pain. These shoes run a full size small but will stretch out. So even if they feel too small, wear them for a couple days and they will stretch out quite a bit. Shoes are also heavy, but that is to be expected considering the size and amount of material they have in them.

Bought this shoe for a trip to a rainy area. Best waterproof shoes, EVER! VERY stylish! Received more compliments than any other MBT I own!! Airline stewardesses asked where to buy them. I spent a lot of money on shoes and I look for a combination of style and comfort. So far MBTs are the best ive ever have. Theyre so comfortable and great for a long walk. It also helps you walk faster and burn more calories. With regards to the style, MBTs are becoming trendier these days...I got the CHAPA GORE-TEX. With this style, I can wear it most of the time.

I am a registered nurse and began suffering from low back pain. I'm only two years into my career and felt the need to intervene immediately. A physician assistant at my job recommended the MBT's and since my purchase, within one week the low back pain disappeared. I can work 12+ hours with no pain in my back or legs.
