This is my third pair of MBT's, and it is the only style besides the Mary Jane I have had to order in a size larger than my normal size. I am glad I listened to other reviews and went up half a size. That worked very well for me. I didn't have much adjustment period since I wore my other MBT sneakers every day for work. I stand on concrete floors sometimes literally all day up to 10 or 12 hours. Nothing compares to these shoes, and walks at lunchtime add a little something extra to my fitness routine. I have noticed a little discomfort in the right shoe on some days, but it comes and goes. So I think it's more related to me (and my bad back) than the shoes. Overall these are another great pair of MBT's!

It didn't take me long to get used to the shoes, I have a tendency to rock back and forth on my feet in general, so for me they work with my natural movements. They do have a unique bounce in step. They conform to my feet the more I wear them and the style works with everything. Also growing to 5'5" makes just looking at things more interesting with the slightly elevated angle. Not so good when biking. The sole sinks into the pedal. I commute 1 hr 30 m by bike to school/work so I carry them with me and switch shoes after the trip. The more intoxicated you are, the harder it is to keep your legs stationary, and I'll feel like a weeble-wobble. They do keep you from falling at the same time as they're putting you off-balance. I have arthritis in my feet and so many shoes are uncomfortable. These shoes are great. There was a small break-in period, but now I can wear them all day. They look great and feel good. Who could ask for more. I am trying to walk more and these are working out well for that - better than most athletic shoes.

MBT shoes are not overly attractive, but I purchased them based on comments from friends who own them who said they improve posture, alleviate hip and knee discomfort, etc. They take some getting used to because of their unique sole design; they seemed a bit heavy and stiff when I first wore them, but I'm accustomed to the feel and fit now and find them comfortable. The video that came with the shoes helped a lot.

Need to break in, just a bit, but have been wearing them for the full day anyway. My 4th pair of MBT's. These seem to run smaller, I went a full size up. My other ones only 1/2 size up. These are really cute.

I have heel pain and got these shoes because they appeared to have great arch support. They have helped reduce the heel pain but not eliminate it completely. I will continue to use them. The MBT is a little odd shaped and people sometimes comment on them being "weird" but I'm not that concerned because of trying to get my feet healthy. The cost of the shoes are high and I question how inflated the price is due their uniqueness, however, am willing to pay the cost of whatever might help. Went to orthopedic doctor and he recommended them.

Most comfortable shoe I've worn.So cushioned and fun to walk in. I haven't experienced shin splints like I sometimes get.I love wearing these MBTs. I have a pair of the Lamis and the Barabara and like them both.

Great comfortable shoe! The UK sizes are mapped one size smaller then the US ones. I wear size 6 and I had to exchange them for a size 7. Make sure to order one size larger. Otherwise, it is an excellent shoe.
