I use these shoes for nursing school and clinicals. I find them to be very comfortable, even being on my feet for so long. They are not supposed to fit tight around the heel, so don't size them to do that. They are clogs and are supposed to be worn as clogs. My heels don't even touch the back of the shoe. Other than the price of the shoes, I have no complaints about them.
