I have peripheral neuropathy which causes burning pain in my feet. There are very few sandles or shoes that I can wear. When I first put my foot into a Beautiful Venezuela, my foot said, "Ah, I love this!" It is butter soft leather that adjusts perfectly with velcro straps. It works well with my narrow feet even though it is a medium size. I get the right amount of support for walking. I love them so much that I have them in four colors.
