In summer, I like shoes that generally have little support, like little canvas sneakers, moccasins, and slip-ons. I wore them for years and my feet suffered, now, in my mid-twenties, I rely on arch-support insoles, padding, and superior construction to keep my feet from aching. I struggle to find shoes that meets my style and construction needs, but here is a sneaker that looks and feels light and summery, while still roomy and cushiony enough for an insole. They are actually a little too roomy for me--this size worked for me with another ecco product, but my narrow heel slips in these. Also, a muddy day can dirty these new white sneaks fast, at least on that suede toe. Otherwise, a very attractive and well-made everyday summer sneaker!
