I have recently returned to the Earth shoe line, after 30 yrears. This is my 4th pair. I found the arches to be stiffer and a little less comfortable. I had to wear thick socks until the broke in. All in all, though, I do love them. They are the kind of shoes that I don't think twice before stricking out on a walk.
