I found my MBT size trying on at a store. They run about a size and a half bigger than I would normally buy. They improve my posture. I bought these shoes for an upcoming trip, since I have heel spurs...they worked great for the bottom of my feet, but I had a blister on the top, b/c they are not adjustable at the top. My feet were raw by the end of two days' walking..

Just retired and needed new health regime to tone and lose weight. Walking was less comfortable in the more commonly worn brand shoes, and I searched for relief to my aching arches. Needed exercise without added suffering, and MBT's fit the bill! After buying the MBT tennis shoe style (which is heavier to wear), I ordered these. Love both, but really enjoy walking in these sandals. They are lighter and more stylish with casual wear while shopping or running errands. What I love most is that my treadmill walking is now comfortable so I look forward to my daily cardio! (I only wear socks with these when on treadmill to protect them from perspiration.) Just walking around the house doing chores is like a little health reminder to take care of myself. In the past month my husband and I have already noted improved sculpting of my calves and upper legs. These are indeed a "gym in a shoe" for anyone who needs an extra little health boost! Pricey, but worth it to me!

Having tried many other popular and good brands, the MBT's are the best shoe for my feet, legs and back. What an amazing improvement in how I feel with these shoes. The only thing you can't do with these shoes is run. Not too good for hking either. GREAT for work if you are on your feet all day.

I'm training for a 3 day, 60 mile walk for breast cancer awareness. Couldn't even begin to imagine doing that much walking without MBT's! My foot is a bit wider than a normal, so this shoe is a bit tight. I will have to break it in a little slower than the MBT tennis shoes I bought. I love MBT's and can't imagine life without them. I really like the style, how lightweight it is, and in general the sandal. It is too small and hurts my left foot in particular so I don't wear them as often as I would like.
