I love my MBT`s for walking and exercising, they are the most comfortable shoes. I also like the sandals. My whole family wears them and loves them.

Thought i'd give them a shot, and they worked out great! I can tell the difference big time. It did take a few hours to adjust, because with the added rubber on the bottom, it's a little different when walking in them. It wasn't a huge change though, and within a few hours i had fully adjusted. They feel great, my back and knees were the problem, and hurt no more! My dad ordered him a pair after hearing my story, and he's loving his as well. I highly recommend getting a pair of these shoes. I know the price is kinda hard to overlook, but trust me it's worth every penny!

i walk three to four miles a day with a greatly reduced impact to my ankles, knees and hips. i wear them exclusively with ease. although they are not recommended for long distance walking i easily and comfortably use them mainly for that purpose. others have purchased them and as far as i know the are satisfied. i am 74 and still going strong.

Yeah these boats (that's what they are, hulls on the soles) look strange (be strong - people will laugh) & initially have squishy instability (the same as walking on stilts). Just wait until getting used to them though... smiles all over the face, rolling & rocking around urban terrain with perfect posture, laughing 24/7. MBT (for Masai Barefoot Technology) sounds like, NGL, a nomadic paradox but these are no Birkenstocks™ or Earth Shoes™. Swear by 'em - the real thing.

My Problem is the Sizing. You don't seem to offer the straight away American sizes but must instead hope to God some 48 size truly does translate into a 12 American and your shoes will fit.

I walk four miles each day and have over several years developed knee and back pain from running and triathalons. Since I started walking with MBT's over the last six weeks, my back and knees feel better and I am not so stiff. My posture has also improved.

Great shoes if you have foot or joint pain. Very well built and as stylish as possible with the bulkiness of the sole. I have noticed a decrease in pain in my legs and feet, and I was a skeptic.

I wear them some every day. They improve my posture (I stand up straighter). I am a back surgery survivor and I anticipate good things for my back. I like the way they make me pay attention to my balance during exercise and regular walking. They seem to be stretching my achilles tendon. This is a good thing for me. They have a lot of chushioning and bounce. Another thing that makes me pay attention to my posture and balance.

The shoe is an attractive shoe, and I love the height it gives me as I am short. I have not worn it yet because I am exchanging it for a larger size. It came in my size ( size 7) but cramped my large toe, so I am attempting to try a size larger.

Overall I like the shoes. My main problem has been with my heel slipping. I learned to dig my heel into the shoe before tying, and to use an athletic tie. If I tie too tightly, circulation to the front of my foot is cut off. If I don't tie tightly enough, my heel slips--it's a process to learn the right balance. When everything is balanced I find them comfortable and enjoy wearing them, although I wish the design hid the size of the sole to give them a more stream-lined appearance.

On my feet majority of the day. As I have bad ankles from 24 yrs of military service and the pain refers to the knees and back because I will walk to my pain. These shoes are easy on my joints and I dont walk to accomandate my pain.

I hesitated on buying a pair of MBT's because of price.. but when I saw these on sale I had to buy them.. I should have bought them a long time ago.. there great!
