I walk 3-5 miles daily instead of taking antidepressants. So I need a good shoe providing a good workout to release those good endorphins. My MBTs are the best I've worn. Any previous pains and strains in my ankles, legs and hips disappeared after about a week of daily walking. I'd gone through several other reputable brands of walking shoes, but the MBTs have provided a whole range of unexpected benefits. I ordered two more pairs in other styles and now wear them all the time. To me, "shoe" now means "MBT."

I have bad feet, and the MBT style keeps me from pain. It takes a short time to get used to walking in these shoes, but once you've done that, you appreciate the design. They're pricey, but worth it.

I wear my MBT's for casual walking & also for work. Walking took a day or two to get used to but standing still seems a bit strange due to the shape of the shoe. The cushioning is the best of any shoe I've ever tried & belive me I've tried many. The best improvement I would like to see is that they be made lighter in weight. Overall, I am very pleased with my MBT's.

This is the 3rd pair of MBT's I have purchased. I have experienced heel spurs in the past and less than a year ago broke my lower leg. I find that MBT's are terrific in sustaining my ability to remain very active. They are very good on uneven hard surfaces. I always take a pair when I travel for any length of time. This latest pair is consistent in all regards with my others, and if you are into the design, rather stylish.

I wear my MBT's with slacks unless I'm really dressed up. They make my back and feet feel wonderul! They do make you and inch or so taller.

I am a college professor who stands a lot in class. As I moved into my 50s, I starting having various foot problems. After my first pair of MBTs I was sold! I have since bought 3 more pairs. Cost is an issue but being free of foot pain is a blessing.

I have been interested in getting a pair of MBTs for some time but the models that were available were pretty ugly—and obvious. When I saw these I knew I could wear them and no one would know what I was doing as these look like what most people around here wear all the time.These shoes rule. After getting used to them—about 5 minutes—you will find that your posture improves and that you will want to walk as much as you can. I can't wait to see what happens from wearing these after a few months. Even after a few days I can feel muscles being worked in my lower back that never moved while wearing any of my other shows. But none of those shoes came with a DVD...I agree with the other reviewer—these seem to run a half size big when using the US sizes. [...]

I'm someone who works on my feet a lot. 10hrs or more almost daily often in arenas and convention centers. These shoes are a god send to my aches and pains after a long day. Once you put these on and start walking you'll understand where the expense goes to. I only wish that MBT would start some kind of referral program where I could receive deals from all the business I've sent them.

I stand most of the day and work for up to 14 hours. These shoes are incredible. I take them off at the end of the day and my feet feel just fine. I love walking in them, standing in them. The price turned me off but when i finally bought a pair I was very impressed and plan on getting another pair. I did find that the shoes are sized a half size small. So I normally get a 9 1/2 but for the mbt I got a size 9. Very very comfortable.
