This shoes are awsome, comfortable, help my back feel good, and my heel spur does not hurt as much, I definitely recommend them if you have feet problems. Something that may be helpful to others: I had to buy 1 size bigger, and I had that comment from someone else too.

I had already purchased MBT walkers and liked them but wanted something that I could possibly wear to work. These are very comfortable, a bit lighter in weight than the walkers, and not as chunky looking so I do occasionally wear them to work. The suggestion to go a half size larger is accurate. Like the walkers, they should be broken in gradually--they do take some getting used to. I have had back surgery and find the MBT's to be very comfortable when worn over a long period of time. I can also wear these without the occasional burning pain I get in my feet when wearing other shoes.

These shoes are very attractive and with the MaryJane style, they work well for the office. I have another pair of MBT's so I was used to the way they work and so I ordered 1/2 size larger in this shoe too. They are very comfortable and I got several compliments on them at work.

I already owned 1 pair of MBT's and they do take some getting use to. But after the recomended training period I rarely wear any other shoes any more. Beyond their unique comfort, these are actually quite cute. I had back surgery six months ago and I am working on rehabilitaing the muscles that support the spine. Gait, balance and posture are slightly differant in an MBT than in any other shoe I have previously worn. I enthusiasticly support the manufacturers claims on the theraputIc effects of wearing this shoe. They are worth every penny.

My Orth Doctors in Louisville, KY kept telling me to get a pair of MBT's for recovery of my broken foot. I finally found a pair that I though was STYLISH and AFFORDABLE; thanks for being on sale footwearetc.com So I bought them,in a half size bigger due to the advertised recommendation. WOW! MBT's are great. They not only help my foot; even without my orthonics but I can feel muscles in my calves and butt working.You do need to work into them, by wearing for a short time, but it does not take long and you will be wearing them all day. I wore mine recently out to the Paducah Quilt Show, they were great and had some great comments from the ladies.Buy them now while they are on SALE and you will not be sorry nor will your pocketbook. MBTs are terrific, they do require an adjustment to the rocker sole. I adjusted within a few hours with my first pair and have been delighted with them ever since. These are the shoes you can wear for the all day walking tours and Disney World trips. I love these so much I bought a second pair in a different color for spring.

These shoes are great for posture, especially in the lower back. The cushioning is probably fine for the normal wearer, but if you have difficulty with heel strike, the MBTs won't solve that problem.

I love these shoes! Since I have been wearing MBT shoes I have had no hip pain. The pain from arthritis in my foot is much better. I work on my feet all day, so these are perfect work shoes. I would like for the Kaya Mary Jane to have been a little wider in the toe area.

These shoes are great they really do work your legs more than double you have to warm up after the first 10 mints it will feel like you walked a mile just keep going and you'll feel the work out but you won't feel as tired it really makes you hold your posture.
