These shoes are great for walking while doing your shopping. I also like them for causal wear with jeans, and shorts. They are like walking on air. Im starting to believe that I can actually use them for short distant running. I have flexible flat feet, they provide an excellent arch support. I bought the tan and beige ones from an outlet mall, now I would love to have the white ones. Great shoes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
