Okay, this will sound melodramatic, but anyone who has very wide feet, sensitive skin or joint pain will forgive me, I am sure: These shoes changed my life. Yeah, I know. I told you it would sound melodramatic.Actually, I have had mixed success with Clarks in the past: their Desert Boot is narrow and flat-soled; the Touareg is stiff and has no bounce to it... But the Unstructured line is amazing, and the Un.Coil in particular is a godsend. These shoes are stylish, light as a feather, breathable like no other shoe I have ever worn, and--you should hear trumpets here--they are available in a wide width. Indeed, my feet are so wide that my mom used to joke that people in our family should toss new shoes and just wear the boxes they come in. Alas, no need. Honestly, my feet are more comfortable in these shoes than in my slippers. My Nike Air sneakers do not even come close. One caution: in the past when I purchased Dr. Scholl's, for example, or Sketchers, or Doc Martens, I would need a size 8.5 or a 9. With the Clarks Unstructured I wear a size 8. On a final note, [...]. If you have wide feet, if you have sore joints or arthritis, if you have skin that needs to breath, then you can do no better than this shoe.

I am a outside salesman for a software engineering company. There are 3 criteria for a pair of shoes that lead me to buy; unique style, comfort, and price. This shoe is exceptional overall. The Clarks' style is unique and eye-catching. Recently i attended a trade show where i was required to stand for 8 hours and at the end i was the only one not complaining about sore feet. And finally, they were very resonably priced. All around great buy for business casual.
