I ordered the UGG classic boots as a Xmas present for my 10 year-old daughter. The boots have very soft, plush and warm interior. I was aware that they run one size larger and wide so I sized down when ordering. Given my daughter's relatively narrow feet(not too narrow though), the boots were too wide on her. Also there's no arch support at all as these boots are meant to feel like slippers (which they did). Therefore the boots were almost slipping out of her feet. She said she "never felt her feet were in control of the boots when walking". She tried them around the house and decided she'd rather return them (to my surprise as she's been asking for UGG for a long time). We eventually went with a more tailored UGG boots model. Footwear etc was great and they have awesome customer service. Would certainly buy again from them.

I bought these as a gift for my sister who has ridiculously small feet. I haven't given it to her yet, but it feels true to size. She wears a size 5, so I got her a size 3 in kids. Hoping they won't be too small. Overall though, I am satisfied with the size of these boots. they are smaller than the adult ones, but my sister is petite so I think it'll look okay on her[...].
