I am not a high heel kind of gal but had to wear heels for an event. They were just sling back naturalizers but still a bit hard on the feet. I was able to easily insert the supports and they stayed in place all night. I lasted much longer in the shoes than I would normally have. I probably would buy more for other shoes but rather pricey.
