I put these in my MBTs instead of the MBT insole. The Superfeet insoles are well-designed, supportive, and easy to fit when you follow the enclosed instructions. I have had plantar fascitis for over a year now, but since wearing Superfeet insoles daily my heel pain has diminished. I had no problems getting used to these and can find nothing bad to say about them at all! My feet are so grateful!
