I have had a "heel spur" for several months now and I have been in deep pain. The doctor has given me several medications that help, but not cure. He suggested investing in a super great walking shoe and with this shoe, I have found it. He adjusted the inside sole to fit my problem foot better and yeah........I can walk without pain for several hours now.
