Footwear etc. has partnered with International Checkout, a trusted third-party company, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart. When you are ready to checkout, push the "International Checkout" button, and your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at cs@internationalcheckout.com.
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express online and by phone.
We also accept payment via PayPal. PayPal allows members to have one personal account linked to any bank account or credit card for easy payment.

We are located in California so we normally would charge tax for orders shipped to an address in California. In order to avoid penalizing our valued California customers, we have made special arrangements. For California orders we discount the product price so that when sales tax is added, the total price is the regular price of the item. When checking out you will see the regular price with no tax.
For all other states we do not collect sales tax.

When will my order be shipped?
We pride ourselves on shipping your order quickly. 99% of in-stock orders leave our warehouse within one business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed for shipment on Monday. Please note, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as UPS business days.
Where will my order ship from?
Most orders ship from our main warehouse located in Sunnyvale, California. Occasionally items are sent directly from a manufacturer’s US warehouse.
How will my order be shipped?
In most cases, we ship via UPS, as indicated when you select a shipping method during the ordering process. UPS Ground and Air services are available to all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Orders to P.O. Boxes and US Military addresses will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
Will you ship to a P.O. Box or a U.S. Military address (APO/FPO)?
Yes, we will! Just be sure to select the P.O. Box/Military Mail checkbox during the checkout process. Please note, tracking is not available for Military Mail.
Will you ship to an address outside the United States?
Yes. Footwear etc. has partnered with International Checkout for International shipping. Please see our International Shipping section for more information.
What will shipping cost?
These shipping offers are available regardless of how your order is placed (e.g. online, by phone, etc.). Our free shipping offers cannot be combined with any other offer or coupon. All other shipping methods are automatically calculated upon checkout from our online store. In order to process overnight requests, orders must be made before 5:00 am Pacific Time.
Does free shipping apply to phone orders?
Yes. All free shipping offers shown online are valid for orders placed by phone.
Is a signature required for delivery?
Unless specifically requested by our customer, we do not require a signature upon delivery. We cannot guarantee that UPS will leave a package without a signature, as the final decision on whether it is safe to leave a package falls to the individual UPS driver.
When will I receive my order?
If a product is not available or back ordered an associate from Footwear etc. will contact you promptly to inform you of the situation. In stock orders usually ship the same or next business day.
Once your order ships, shipping time will depend on which shipping option you choose.

Delivery time increases with distance from the Footwear etc. warehouse in Sunnyvale, CA. All orders placed within the United States should arrive within 7 business days .
UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground and air package shipped to any address within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico (This guarantee does not apply for the two weeks prior to Christmas). This map shows the number of business days your package will be in transit once it leaves our warehouse in Northern California. As an example, if your order was shipped on Monday, and you live in an area that shows 5 days, you would receive your order the following Monday.
Please note, some products will ship direct from the manufacturer. When this occurs, we will notify you by email of the estimated shipping date and delivery time.
UPS 3 Day Select
Guaranteed delivery within three business days to and from every US address within the 48 contiguous states. (3 Day Select orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Wednesday.)
UPS 2 Day Air
Guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the US and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day. (2 Day Air orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Tuesday.)
UPS Next Day Air
This service features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Guaranteed delivery by 10:30am, 12:00 noon, or the end of the next business day depending on location. Deliveries to Hawaii may take an extra day. Deliveries to remote locations in Alaska may take an additional 1-5 days. (Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday.)

We guarantee all products purchased from Footwear etc. to be free of any manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. If you discover a defect in your product, please contact us and we will replace it at no additional cost.
There are 2 ways to make an exchange:
1. We can enter a new order for you, charge your card again, and ship the new item. Then, when something is returned back to us we will refund you accordingly.
2. Send back the original pair with a copy of your receipt and a note asking for an exchange. Once we receive the original pair back, we will enter a new order for you and refund the original order.
